Es handelt sich um ein Ladengeschäft, in dem ich eine Kunstgalerie betreibe. Es gibt zwei Ausstellungsräume, die ineinander übergehen. Im Untergeschoß befindet sich ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und eine Küche. Die Räume sind sehr repräsentativ und elegant und sehr zentral gelegen. Nach Absprache sind sie für Filmdrehs, kleine Firmenevents oder ähnliches zu buchen. Laute Veranstaltung, die sich in den späten Abend ziehen sind auf Grund der Nachbarn leider nicht möglich. -
