Die Altbauwohnung (85 qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock und besteht (neben Küche und Bad) aus drei Zimmern. Ein kleines Arbeitszimmer mit Balkon und ein angrenzendes Wohnzimmer sind nach vorne ausgerichtet. Beide sind mit einer Doppelflügeltür verbunden und verfügen über Parkett und alte Stuckdecken.
