Nur wenn die Location verfügbar ist kostet eine Anfrage 59 EUR (netto) - ansonsten ist die Anfrage kostenlos. Bei Buchung kommt eine Provision von 15% der Miete dazu, aber mind. 250 EUR. Außerdem sind wir zur Beratung bei einer Erstbesichtigung einer privaten Location mit dabei. Diesen Aufwand berechnen wir mit pauschal 79 EUR.
