Wir haben unsere Wohnung erst im April 2022 zu Ende ausgebaut. Sie ist sehr hell und hat im vorderen Bereich eine Deckenhöhe von circa 4,30m. Sie liegt sehr zentral zwischen dem Mauerpark und dem Arkonaplatz. Die 20 qm große Terrasse hat Süd-West-Sonne und einen unverbauten Blick.

This high-end urban loft was constructed in the attic of a beautiful 19th Century clinker building. It features traditional 19th century brick walls, a 360-degree roof-top terrace and a south-facing balcony.
